@Tooney, thanks as always for keeping us current on Porsche advisories. Do you happen to know if Porsche updates the monitored tire pressure values displayed in the PCM when they release a new tire pressure TSB?
Inside edge tire tread wear is one of the most heavily covered topics on the Taycan Forum. If you use the search function you will find many relevant threads. Personally, I resolved the issue by having the shop perform alignments with my Taycan in the same ride height setting in which I normally...
Also, check out the Burmester app for testing settings.

Have you considered staggered 21" rear/20" front? It's a great look, plus the front wheels, which are most likely to suffer pothole damage, have more sidewall protection. The pictured setup is by @Adrian@GlasWerksDMV here on the Taycan Forum.
For what it's worth, here's what Google's AI Overview has to say.
A windshield internal crack is a stress crack that occurs when the windshield's layers expand or contract at different rates due to extreme temperature changes. This can cause the windshield to crack, especially if the temperature...
Did they bother to check the owners manual on wheel change? It's very straightforward. As far as adaptive suspension, there's a "jack mode" setting to disable automatic leveling in the PCM. Here's the manual for my 2020 4S...
On the topic of higher energy consumption in the winter: when I had a military assignment to North Dakota with -20 F typical low temperatures, I recall a farmer saying that the cattle consume twice as much feed in the winter due to higher metabolism to stay warm. That made it much more expensive...
Check out Forgeline’s FU3C design (homage to Porsche Fuchs wheel design) here with photo gallery of Porsches including my mamba green Taycan:

@Adrian@GlasWerksDMV designed these in consultation with Forgeline, Michelin, and a Porsche master mechanic to...
Does anyone have a source for whether the J1 II DC/DC converter was redesigned to use gallium nitride components? That would reduce size/weight and provide higher frequency/more efficient switching.
I bought the maximum coverage policy from XCelerate Auto (XCare) because they cater to EV owners, have good customer ratings, and exclude little from coverage. But, they are new to the Porsche Taycan, so it will be interesting to see how well their actuaries have predicted the cost of claims.
Taycan depreciation matters to anyone with car insurance, because we’re one road hazard away from having our cars totaled, for example the infamous $70k quote for a 3.3 mm dent under the battery tray.
My local dealership (Porsche of Chantilly VA) initially quoted me the price for full brake system flush when I brought my Taycan in for the service interval, but when I pointed out it was due for the ARB0 recall, they requoted without the charge.
This topic is covered in many prior threads on this forum, and there’s general consensus that the aspects of Porsche suspension setup that give it awesome handling characteristics also chew through the inner tread edge. This is exacerbated when you drive in a lower suspension setting than was...
