Complete brake failure !!

Clive, who did you speak to at Porsche UK as I wrote a letter of complaint to the MD of Porsche Uk as I had several near misses due to brake failure or pedal sticking to the floor. He has allocated a person to investigate my case. I have also raised a complaint to the financial ombudsman. I can categorically assure you that you are not the only person who has had this problem and Porsche UK have not told you the truth as they know about my issues.

they did nothing but seem to throw it back at the dealer

i no longer have my taycan but i honestly believe this is so serous that all taycans should be taken off the road until. this has been sorted properly

what i really am now unhappy about is that i was lied to by porsche gb and my opc who both said i my problem was unique ……. it clearly was not

Just to update you on my car. I have won my case against Porsche/VWFS. The Financial Ombudsman has ruled in my favour and declared that the car was not fit for purpose and has ordered VWFS to take back the car and end the lease agreement. VWFS has accepted the judgment.

It was a time-consuming and at times stressful process - but worth doing it!

They have asked BCA to pick up the car and then they will auction it! Really unfortunate for the person who ends up with that car!! But there’s nothing stopping VwFS from selling it!?

My brakes failed today.
A red message flashed up along the lines of:

PCM alert - park up safely.

The brakes went soft and juddered like Abs kicking in even though I was going less than 5 mph.

I am now waiting for Porsche Assist.

Ridiculous car this is turning out to be.
