Connected Services inactive

My issue started on Tuesday night and sort of resolved on it's own sometime Wednesday. The app now is showing my connect services and information on the car but it's not current, about a day old or so. At least that's better than nothing I suppose.

Mine is back working now too. Now I’m wondering if Octopus smart charging will work once the Connect subscription ends.

No it doesn't work.

I lost my connected services for a couple of days earlier this week. When I pressed 'devices' on the Octopus app - it came up with something along the lines of 'vehicle not present'.

I had to revert to the cars timer - which worked fine.

If your situation is not like the UK (possibly a widespread Porsche back-end problem) there are a number of other causes and fixes. Here is post with links to more info about no remote access.
