I downloaded the Apple Watch app months ago but couldn't get it to work. It just kept spinning/thinking. This morning I randomly decided to check as I was scrolling through my watch on the shitter (just being honest gents). To my surprise and delight it works now! Sure I can check in and control my Taycan via my phone, but now I can go full Knight Rider via my watch. It's the little things in life

I’m glad you didn’t take a picture on the shitter. Happy for you that you got it working ?.

I don’t use the watch app, but as a developer/designer I have to say, Porsche did a bad job designing looking at your picture. Why would we want to see a micro model with options of our car, I know how it looks as I see it everyday in real life. Just put my range and some quick action buttons there. That is the whole purpose of watch apps. Important info at a glance and some quick actions (Lock/unlock, horn, etc)

Projected range while charging is inaccurate, it's solely based on ambient temperature and battery size.
Range estimate becomes more accurate the closer you get to 0% on your journey.
For example, with PB I start with 223 miles and arrive 236 miles later and 57 mph average with 13 miles remaining.
If I had not set ACC to 85 mph it would have been a total of 270 miles or more.

Yesterday I showed 272 miles at 100% on my 4S. It drops as soon as you go into sport mode and drive 5 minutes, usually to around 260 miles.
