4s ST here, 0.9 is the highest I’ve seen. Got it with Sport plus+ and Launch Control

I took this shot in a Turbo S CT (on 21" wheels) provided by the Silverstone Experience Centre- I was more interested in noting the consumption data than g's. I drove it around the Silverstone International Circuit, though I don't recall zeroing the g-meter beforehand, so those numbers may well have been achieved by others taking it around Porsche's own tracks (I never launched it, which I suspect would be required to hit that 1.16g). I'd guess that the highest lateral g's will be achieved throwing it around at lower speeds than looking after the tyres at higher speeds on a track. On public roads in my own Turbo CT (on 20" wheels), I've hit just over 1.0 in all directions (1.09 launched).

Yes myself with the turbo S I approached 1.1G. I read in one of the forum posts that some had better results in sport than in sport+?? I have the feeling that the 4S can do better indeed 0.6 seems weak to me given its vitality in everyday life ?

1. Turbo S max 1.34g PEC Hockenheimring launched on track tarmac hot tires. Maybe the winner(?). Braking is also impressive.
2. My GTS max 0,86g, SPORT, LC, street tarmac.
3. For comparison my GT3 (track) figures without LC, 0.96g. Not a huge diff (braking/cornering another league).

Looking at everyone's cornering forces I'm starting to think I definitely don't push my 4S hard enough. Where are you all driving!?

The pressure was just right. Low Pressure Signal is always there when stop and cool down. Track use requires low initial pressure compare to street use. That is why the signal is there. Achieving the required pressure on track the starting (cold) pressure should be ca.1,8/2,0 bar or below that is the signal shows low. But I am sure you know this ?

I'm assuming the Taycans are mostly on a track- and punishing the tyres much of the time.
On UK public roads, I'd guess that tight roundabouts with no other road users around would be the safest way to register brief peaks (I wouldn't dare take my eyes off the road to confirm that).

How are you guys getting 1G on a 4S. I have a 4S performance plus with the mission E wheelS and I can’t break .8 on launch control and sport plus mode….any suggestions?
