My headlights flicker, but only when viewed through an iPhone camera.

Any thoughts on why my headlights flicker when captured via an iPhone camera but look totally normal to the naked eye? See video below:

Rolling shutter vs. LED's. Since there's 2 different rates, you'll get that effect.

it's like a TV/Monitor screen - LED lights pulse on/off very rapidly - too fast for the human eye to see - but no problem for a shutter/sensor on a camera - what you're seeing is the sample-rate of your iPhone's camera sensor interacting with the pulse rate of the LED lights…

nothing wrong here - just a peak behind the curtain of how all this technology "works" behind the scenes - same thing will happy if you filmed a helecoper blade or props rotating on an aeroplane

No, I didn't get a chance to chat with that fellow. Like several other guests there, he was struggling to find an EA charger that actually worked. Interesting looking car though, definitely. Seems like everyone is getting into the EV game these days.
