PCM connection to Porsche Server

After one day of disconnection between the car and the Porsche server, I'm back to normal (that is, ecstatic with my Taycan Turbo at 6 months, 6000 miles). The disconnection was only apparent by the stale status in the Connect app or at the browser My Porsche/Vehicle pages.

Not sure if this is coincidental, but I got immediately connected upon logging out/in on my phone using the following path:

Log out.
Attempt log-into My Porsche in Chrome web browser (hangs after correct password entry).
Choose "Cannot log in" link below password entry field.
Receive email with direct link to "Log in without password".
Click link.
Voila!

Current vehicle status and remote car functions operational.

Sure does. Shows a full battery and says "error during charging", and nothing is accurate on it.
Ok so try the @faroutinNM method OR start over with the app (either remove or reinstall) and reset your password.
It's the standard tech support first step: "Have you rebooted (if it's a problem with a device) or logged out/back in (if the device seems okay and it's just software)? Okay, let's go ahead do that, and then let me know when you're done."

...after the obligatory twenty minutes on Hold.

It’s been 4 days now and I cannot connect to my Taycan via my connect app on my phone. Does anyone know if Porsche’s main server is down?
Been having problems for about 4 days
Server won’t connect to car
Also having issues with car play and iPhone disappears from settings Keep reinstalling device

Have you tried the switching key trick - each key with a different Porsche ID? Sometimes this can kickstart things (worked for me once).
Amazing @W1NGE ! That trick sudden worked for me as well. Could Connect to the car with the app as well as preheat the car!

I'll try the app changes today/reinstall. I'm hesitant to log out on the PCM or change my password because by all accounts my car has performed perfectly so far since day 1 (outside of the alarm issue that has the work around).

Right, don't do those things, which also make me hesitate (in fact, I've never yet surrendered to the temptation to do them).

No luck on your method. It might have been a coincidence. I've tried it twice on both Chrome and the Connect app on my phone. Still shows error during charging and old stats. Doesn't have my accurate mileage.

Also, it looks like this broke on 11/17 based upon the logs in the app. Something seems to have happened in the Porsche back end between the night of 11/17 the next morning when I would have driven my kiddo to school. Wednesday night is the last logged drive I have.
