Porsche Connect services and store down?

Quite relieved to hear this is a global issue. I assumed my subscription had expired and was weighing up the pros and cons of renewing

More worryingly my car is booked in for the WPN8 software update tomorrow. I’m wondering if that can still take place given this Porsche Connect outage ?

I should have read this first. I called Porsche North America and the very polite woman on the other end tried to help but eventually had to give up and say the Connect service is completely down. She said it's expected to be back up in 24 hours.

Just to beat this dead horse a little bit more, Poland is down too.

First outage reported was ~9am PST today and errors seem to be subsiding now. These outages typically last ~6 hours or so from start-to-finish, so we should see the service back up and running again within the hour.

Give how consistent these outages are, I have a suspicion they're to do with some kind of server roll-out process that's not appropriately routing traffic to healthy servers throughout the rollout.

With two Red 'Electrical system fault' messages today and one at tursday morning with not charged battery.. I'm starting to have real doubts about this car.

I’ve just sent a complaint to the smart mobility Porsche email that’s been posted here previously. Maybe worth doing that. Might do something if people keep complaining.

Bay Area California here and glad to hear it's not just me. As an aside I got the dreaded turtle icon today for the first time (2022 RWD Taycan with 16K miles was at 62% and battery temp 59F with last charge via home AC 2 days prior). My speed was limited to 50 mph on the highway and just when I was about to pull over it self resolved after about 3 minutes from the onset. Drove home another 40 minutes without issue. Not a great Taycan day combined with this outage. I love my baby which has mostly worked flawlessly but why does she do this to me?

Sheffield UK, just noticed I can't set the charge profile for overnight.. went to the car, all good, so assumed an app/Comms outage..

I've been experiencing connection issues with both Porsche and Audi apps in the US over the last few days.

US Northeast also down. I just assumed that because the weather got around freezing, it was PAG keeping me honest. Seems to happen every year just when you really need to preheat the cabin. Oh well!
