Checking in from Atlanta, GA, United States. I wanted to enhance the bass in my car without overpowering it. The factory Bose system's lows were pretty lacking. So, I had a custom sub box built with two 10-inch Memphis Audio M7 Series subwoofers and a Memphis Audio VIV750 amp.
When asked why I chose Memphis Audio over other brands, I explained that not only does Memphis make great products, but it also holds sentimental value for me since Memphis is my hometown. Additionally, the installer built an amp rack with a hidden battery and a relay switch. This setup allows me to turn off the system when taking the car to the dealer, preventing any damage when it's plugged into the dealer's machines. It's also useful for long trips to avoid draining extra power.
Overall, the upgrade turned out great.
