I submitted my receipt for charger replacement over 6 months ago and I still have not received reimbursement. Anyone else with this issue? I have called and emailed multiple times with no resolution and no reimbursement. Anyone with a similar issue? Suggestions for resolution?

What reimbursement? I think this only applies for US / NA. No EVSEs were faulty (from memory) in UK.

I purchased a CPO and the dealer said they were going to submit the reimbursement paperwork on my behalf (May 30). I followed up with the dealer in July and they said they couldn't get any information about the submission and recommended that I resubmit, which I did on July 29. I received a check in the mail yesterday (Sept 23). It was not certified or FedEx as others have reported. Mine was sent from and check issued by a company named Morley.

Anyone still having struggles with this? I’m getting the runaround from PCNA and the purchasing dealer hasn’t been super helpful.

Could it be because they finally seem to have the cables to remedy the issue, so technically no replacement necessary anymore?

I assume all of the delayed submissions selected cash, which required to Fedex a check to the residence with signature required. I submitted by e-mail for a service voucher and got the voucher back in the e-mail in 1 day, back in January, and already spent it. As far as I know, there is no time limit on this. Yes, the cables just became available, but my dealer did not proactively ordering them, the letter recently received, states that remedy available (cable and charger firmware update) and it is up to the owner to schedule with dealer, which I did, this week, waiting on cable to arrive to get it replaced. Same for brake hoses, called dealer asking if parts available, they said, need to order, as they do not order them ahead of time.

I am fairly sure that Porsche has some issues with sending out the checks. I received mine very quickly via Fedex, however for two weeks after that, Porsche attempted to deliver 2 more checks to my address with different names on the checks. After the 2nd attempt, I called them to alert them that they have an issue.

Maybe Porsche solution will be to just start telling customers to pick up their checks at your house. ;)

After emailing in August and again in September to ask what the delay was I finally received a response on October 9th of "were gathering info to investigate" followed by this on October 15th.

Dear jip1080,

I hope this email finds you well. I am following up with you regarding your reimbursement request update.

I apologize since we are still gathering the necessary information about your request. Please know that as soon as I have an update, I will get back to you.

Mr. JIP1080, we highly appreciate your patience regarding this matter.

Kind regards,
Nothing since October 15th ?

nothing since March of this year, I called them back multiple times and have a case number with PCNA care so that is something I supposed. They also gave me a $250 voucher to use at any porsche dealer, so I bought a painted key shell and some porsche posters with it
