Thanks. I have connection between the app and the car. The only issue I have is with remote parking. I’ll check out the link. Hopefully I’ll find a fix.
Those links are to deal with no app access to car. Not much help for remote parking problem if the PCM has LTE and app has remote access. Good luck.

I have also noted the same message. Am just back from Porsche and asked their guru what this all meant. All he knew was the two different pricing plans for the service. No further details received by them either, so he could just speculate. Confirmed the new pricing structure as outlined, but did not know if you could sign up just for a month of two at holiday time, since the pricing was per month now??? He said that a lot of Cayenne Hybrid owners were royally p***ed off!

My car also stop connecting to the app for remote park assist. I thought the dealership screwed up my car. Everything works EXCEPT for the remote park assist . :(

I’m in the software industry. I know the story well and yes, Porsche is exceptionally bad at it.

Same here; function has stopped working on both my Taycan and my Cayenne; so it’s got to be on the app/phone side. I wasn’t sure if it was something Porsche did or something Apple did with 17.4.

I think it’s a widespread issue. I sent a message to customer service in the app and got a call from Porsche Assist recently. They took me through all of the customary steps of rebooting my PCM to see if that fixed the problem. Nothing worked. After about an hour on the phone, I was told they had to escalate the matter.

The next day I got a call from another PA rep who told me that the issue had to be taken care of by a service center and that it would require a loaner. He asked what was my preferred location and after gathering that info, told me that the next call I would receive would be from my nearby Porsche service center.

I haven’t received that call yet but I’ve read that when PA sends your car over, you are pushed up in the queue.

I’ll keep you updated.

Same here, but my app just either hangs or fails trying to connect to the car when I try to initiate a RPA session. You’re the first person I’ve heard report this is working since the v10 app release.
