Mine has packed up as well - booked in for a service at Sheffield and asked them to fix the heater at the same time...

Jody, I also booked for my AC/heater problem. Just out of curiosity, did your call just blow cold air or nearly no air from the vents? I found my heater was working ok but just the flaps are stuck maybe? I only get airflow from the vents when recirculation is on.

No, it works perfectly but threw up an error when it went on for a faulty charge port cover

My heater died at 13 months old, just before it was recalled. Nearly 2 years later it is working fine, but due to be replaced soon on another recall. Hopefully the last time. I hope it doesn’t affect the range as a result of any changes made to the latest design

Recall for mine (MY23 CT4S). Nothing wrong with the current heater, but needs swapped out for a newer version apparently. Booked it in for next month alongside getting the winter wheels put on.
