Thanks for the interior points -unfortunately with the price increase for FY24, and the luxury tax here I had to cut back on some cosmetic stuff. I’m a little torn on the all black - went to test drive one and it had full black interior and was pretty impressed but also like the additions you pointed out (and might up that budget). For the B-pillar in race-tex - do you find it gets worn easily / abused from getting in/out of the car?
Totally understand, have to draw the line somewhere!

We have the standard black GTS interior, spiced up with red seatbelts and clock, looks awesome without breaking the bank.
We also optioned the race-tex b-pillars, and they look as good as new 6 months and 4500 miles later.
If you are sticking with black leather, consider the aluminium rhombus trim, looks great and costs nothing. Breaks up the black a little, which is a good thing.

How long do you plan to keep the car? If you have two kids and plan to keep it for a while I would consider the sport turismo body style, as you get a lot more rear headroom. My kids are 13 and 10 and in the last year my 13 year old has grown a LOT. He's likely be 6 feet in another year or two. My plan for mine is to use it as a family daily so the wagon style was important to me.

I plan to keep the car for awhile - our kids will be be lucky to get beyond 5'6 (my height - and my wife is 5'2). I was all for the sport turismo - definitely has a sexy profile from certain angles. Wife preferred the sedan (who would've thought looks over practicality) - so sedan it was to get the buy in ?

Parking in the garage can be intimidating with all the proximity alarms going off even with the 3d view and mirrors folded in. It’s difficult to place the car centrally as you look at the bulging front wheel arches so I always ask my wife to see me in. Better to be safe than sorry. It is a wide beast. I live in Cornwall and have to negotiate thin roads with Cornish (stone) hedges and numerous tractors. I know you have chosen the sedan but the CT is more practical with luggage / kids stuff. My boxer dog fits nicely.

Hi, Agree with others, this looks like a great build. In the UK, we don't get the "package" options so have to select each item individually.

I had a Gent Blue Turbo but wanted a light colour for the GTS in order to highlight the black accents.

Carrara White was an option for me but went with Ice Grey in the end. Very happy with it. There are whole threads on colour but in summary, the Ice Grey looks white in bright light and a very light, blueish grey in cloudy conditions.

Here are a few points to consider:
- Leather interior is great. I have it and love it. Personally prefer to Race Tex.
- Head restraint crests great but consider model logo on center console as others have suggested
- Dark silver accent is nice but your whole interior is dark and it's not dark silver much different from the standard black aluminium. I had Dark Silver (with Paldao Wood) on my Turbo and now have standard black accents but with Aluminium Rhombus on my GTS, which I love. It was a nil-cost change for me and I was a little nervous about it, but the contrast / break up of the all black interior, I've found very nice.
- Dash Cam prep (why not since it costs nothing) BUT, it be aware that it also seems to offer nothing! Porsche still seem to want to charge you exactly the same to fit their Dash Cam - prep or no prep!
- Rear steering (another topic for whole threads) but, I love it
- ACC perfectly good enough. No need for Innodrive, as you have recognised

Enjoy!
