Horrendous

The interior looks nice though - only 3 materials: matte aluminium/metal, corning gorilla glass ( and leather. All physical switches, no software buttons.

simply terrible…the interior is interesting and a nice directional change from "the trend" - the $600k car over all however - is simply the ugliest car I've seen in a while…there is soooo much wrong with this EV I don't know where to start, but I'm definitely not starting with an order for one of these monstrosities

there are better choices…

Interesting. But 600k? Wow.

The instrument clusters look like a Jeep (not in a good way). They could have used the same touches but in a much more classy, less Tonka toy way.

Externally....bit of a shame they didn't go all out on a 2-door or Taycan like saloon....but I don't dislike it.

Challenging new designs tend to polarise initially. Heck the original iPhone without a "keyboard" was mostly ridiculed by the Blackberry set standard of the time.

I'd give everyone involved in this car the credit for coming up with something different in a ocean of "same-same" EV's that get released every month.

Now, if I could afford it – I still wouldn't be rushing out to buy one. But time will tell if this "inspires" some new design concepts that take hold – perhaps in the way the interior user interface feels.

It's a completely digital dash so I guess it's changeable? Or am I wrong and it's analog?

They throw the word "analog" a lot when talking about gauges and switches in their marketing material. That said, even if it's software, it might not have the extra digit to display if the designers know it will never be needed.

That is Smart! It ensures you cannot drive off while charging and break your charging port and/or charging cable/EVSE. A little bit annoying when charging on long distance trips and wanting to wait inside the car while charging though.

IMHO, the interrior has a great direction. Steering wheel is all the input, and cluster is all the output. Side screen can provide additional info. I like that. Few details are not to my liking.

Exterior is odd for sure. I'm interested to see what they did driving-wise. There is a lot of opportunity with electric powertrain, but many, inciuding Porsche, are too busy migrating ICE experience. Fake sounds and fake gears are not the way.

Seems that Ferrari was so busy trying to make a clean break from its ICEV design that they completely forgot to consider whether that clean break resulted in a design anyone would want to buy…
