At 61% SoC the battery is limiting quite a bit, so it can be a bit faster still :)
IIRC stock on the CT4 without launch control the 0-60 was north of the 5 second mark.

Yes, at 61% it’s still quite an improvement and pulls hard. I’m very happy.

Will do more runs at high SOC soon.

I know post tune you will have a HUGE improvement 60-130mph or 100-200kmph due to Porsche limiting power outside of launch control.

Any increase in actual power on the Turbo S while IN launch control mode?

Should be around 40 HP with full battery.
I remember, the battery output is the limiting factor.

Has been answered many times here and also in the main posts (part 2), but...
No, there is not, because the Turbo S is not limited in launch control mode from factory. It always runs the battery and inverter limit.

So it will do 800hp peak at 100% SoC in launch control from factory.

All J1.2 below Turbo S and Turbo GT are the same hardware wise (except the RWD and the small battery options).

Here's a sneak peek of a J1.2 4S Sport Turismo. It has 988Nm and 930hp after the tune. 100-200 was 4.8s (stock over 9 seconds):

All the major roadblocks have been solved on the J1.2 as well.

We can flash our unlocked ASG in the car even with the SFD2 protection. This means full distribution via our dealer network, as is currently the case with J1.1 and the ability to update the cars remotely should the need arise - this was by far the biggest challenge.

Of course the original ASG is not touched, just as with J1.1.

The launch control patch and the torque filter bypass on sharp throttle movements have also been ported, tested and are fully functional.

As soon as I have some time, I will create a Part 4 thread with the J1.2 data. I am still lacking the Turbo GT data, and I won't have it until I tune one.

Huge improvement!

Is the difference in the front inverter with anything under the Turbo S?

What can the Turbo S do if the 4s has 930hp?

Is there still a need to use the Push to Pass after that upgrade?

I think the Turbo S can do the same power but more torque. All the other cars have the same front inverter.

On the Turbo GT it must have different BMS software or something, because the 930hp was with 90% SoC. So to reach the 1034 that the Turbo GT has advertised needs to have different BMS software that allows more discharge.
That mystery will be solved soon enough though.

For the Turbo GT, Could that related to the 900amp inverter?

No, there's battery limit. It's around 950 PS on this 4S at 100%.
So ASG can't get any more power than that. They did something special on the GT.

Holy!
Basically because of the bigger batteries as well I guess? (As compared to the turbo s J1.1). I check what pricing does on J1.2 4s and trade in the Turbo S.
This 100 to 200 is fantastic after tune.

That makes sense.

It's interesting how Tesla gets so much HP out of a 100kwh
