I'd say so, this is me with under 800 miles.

That brake rotor doesn't look good to me....
It looks like your pads are contaminated with rock bits or something.
Or are they being serviced? (based on the tiles of the Porsche workshop).

Amazing and thank you for removing any concern. Such a good looking, clean car until you take off the wheel. Tempted to spray some wd40 on it but sure that would cause other problems.

There’s no need to do that. You don’t want any over spray on the rotors. Most cars are like this nothing new.

Hi- I use a Molybdenum grease here whenever I swap to/from winter wheels. It is Porsche product but made by Castrol. Works well.

Several of my PSCB rotors are now showing streaks where it appears the surface coating has worn through. I don't imagine that there is any warrantee for this....the brakes work just fine, so currently it's just a cosmetic problem.
Any thoughts? It seems the only solution will ultimately be replacement.

Not necessarily, if you have streaks and your coating is compromised you have debris caught up in your pads.
One (cheap) solution is to take your pads out and sand them (evenly) to get the debris out.
Note that you have to run in your brakes again but if all is ok your discs won't wear on that particular area anymore and should wear evenly again.
Keep checking the rotors.
