I have very many issues with my car since 2020 unfortunately. I bought one of the first production cars that came to France in late 2019. The lockdown we had with the pandemic meant I coud only pick up the car in May 2020.I did purchse the Porsche extended warranty on my car since we only get 2 years warranty in France. And for me that has paid off. Car had red circle of death in Stockholm and we live in the south east of France.I would be very interested to know what issues you have had with the car over 5 years (or that you know of if you haven't been the owner since new) and whether you have an warranty.
I had lots of hardware failures the first two years with communication modules, LTEmodules , Gateway modules, etc etc . Assistance module replaced. 2 Battery modules replaced under warranty, High voltage battery controller replaced, AC charger replaced, Cabin Heater replaced 4 times, car flooded with water from unconnected air intake. Several parking sensors replaced. 12 volt battery replaced maybe twice?
’Plus of course all sw and hw recalls such as brake hoses etc. In the report from CT14 the car has spent 250 days in the workshop.
To me the car is abit like Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde.
The best car I have ever owned with regards to driving dynamics
The worst car I have ever owned due to all faults, niggles and software failures.
The summary is in the answer to the question:
Would I buy a Porsche again?
NO WAY!
