EU/UK: Ongoing navigation issues

Meaning the new recall of WTG1 is only for owners will failing navigation and I will get firmware 3982 via OTA without dealer visit?

To be frank, if this is the update that contains the ability to block certain charging networks in PCM, it should be available for all Taycans without the 400v/150KW option. I keep getting navigated to slow-for-me superchargers when my car doesn't have that option over an EA station. Its frustrating. The mobile app has prefer/avoid but half the time its busted and not talking to my car.

Pure guessing, but I think everyone will get it eventually. They probably prioritize the UK/EU right now because of the issues. It probably will be a campaign available for all of us.

Why is the nav issue worse in the UK? GNSS differences (Galileo vs GPS)? PCM software patch to handle driving on the left side of the road, or speaking directions with a British accent, never tested thoroughly?

Density of charging network in EU/UK is a strong theory @whitex, too much data for the zx81 pcm computer to handle

Hi @pioneer_nl , did you raise the navigation issue previously with Porsche Rotterdam and they automatically invite you for the fix? or you need to call them and informing about WTG1 recall?

You will have to book it in for service mentioning the service campaign

Taycan users in Norway are having the same issue also. Here we have a very high density of chargers. I will check with my SA soon if I am eligable for this. Going on a 5000km roadtrip in Europe this summer and don't want to have navi hazzle...

Yeah - it’s really bothersome on long trips in unfamiliar places. And when it crashes in the middle if Toulouse in Friday traffic it takes nerves if steel to keep from cursing Germany and their fantastic cars.

Did you get Map Update or Navigation Update? It's different, so want to double check. Map is about data, Navigation about the app itself

I think it was navigation update. I was on the road so didnt pay detailed attention though
can i see anywhere version or updatecode? I couldnt find it
