Thanks I’m still confused why it is so slow. Thanks for searching . Some pictures that may help?That looks like some kind of distributor/installer in the UK. Do you have the model number for the EVSE? Can you take a picture? Does it have a label on it?
Edit: it looks like It may also be an EVSE made by BP, but I can’t get the BP page to load...
Edit 2: page finally loaded, but not much help. I haven’t found any manuals online yet either. I did see a Wikipedia page for the BP Pulse that references the Chargemaster coming in 3.6kW and 7.2kW variants. It’s possible that there’s a dip switch or setting for this on the EVSE...or you may have the wrong unit...? Pictures? Labels?
Edit 3: I did find a forum talking about a setting for 16A vs 32A. May help.

Edit 4: Post #7 on that thread specifically calls out a jumper that, when removed, reduces output from 32A to 16A.
