Perhaps advised to stay silent on the matter by their attorney?

If you really want to adjust the base height you can do it with VCDS (~300$) like on any Audi.
The 5 digit secret you need is even provided in this forum I think.

VCDS is about 600 € here in germany and:

no mobile / app version
no show mode

therefore no fast check of fault codes. no option for me in order to have odis already ;) with laptop its always annoying to go in the car with. i have pned alex. will just buy and try it out own.

VCDS is free.
You can download it from the website.
https://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/VCDS.php
Mobile version is here:

App is here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ross_tech.vcds_mobile_assistant

An adapter for 3 VIN is around €300.
I bought one in Germany myself.

well 300$/300€ for 3 vins and 600$/600€ for unlimited vins, you can choose the right option :D

As written, you always need an (WIN) Laptop with you, thats not practiable for me for what i need this. Will see how it works

So after long time testing the dongle with the OBD-APP, all I can tell you is that’s not really working how it should.

Things that work:

1. Show mode lowering
2. Reading of the faults

What doesn’t work:

I’ve ordered the dongle to lower my CT 4S 10-15mm compared to the normal ride high. So if you manage to lower it (sometimes it works) after some drives, it’s seems to get back in normal ride height. If you want to modify it again, sometimes the car rises way too much, so it actually gets higher.

This being said, just save your money, and maybe buy some lowering links!

Thanks for the feedback Sandro. I ordered it, but haven't seen any charges. Not sure if they are still in business, hence the reason there is no support. I might invest in Hex v2 VCDS as I believe you can lower there as well.

Revining the thread...
I live in area with huge bumps and because auto lift is very unreliable (already scratched battery cover because of that) I am looking for solution to actually rise my car a bit (ST 4s). Also is there a potential problem having car raised 200mm all the time in normal mode?

Looking from what Sandro wrote it is not best solution or anyone have different experience?

Does the ST have gravel mode like the CT? If so that gives you extra 10mm i think.

No - it does not... When auto lift works everything is fine, otherwise I must slow down to 6-7 km/h to not scratch with plastics... :)
