I confess that prior to purchasing my Taycan, I really didn’t do much research into the vehicle at all. I just knew that I was finally going to get another Porsche (empty nester here), and that it was a truly gorgeous looking car. After receiving the car two months ago it has been an absolute joy to drive even with a couple of minor issues that were resolved by turning the car off and then back on again. Since getting the car and joining this forum, I have been frankly stunned by the number and nature of some of the complaints with the vehicle. Probably the scariest to me is this “red screen“ that happens to some people. My question is: does this still happen in model year 2023 or is this something that has been rectified through a software update or something? (And just what is/was the cause of the “red screen“?). As always, I really do appreciate everyone’s input.
