100% sounds like they're clutching at straws for every single aspect of that.
window cleaning fluid and wiper blades are not something i would give a flying crap about being part of a service, I can sort those out for £20 max.

smart service !? wtf is that. another hidden cost that likely is nothing.
£300 to "inspect it" for 30 mins at most is also obscene.

I came across something to do with smart service in the pcm. Just pressed reset, but seemed to be asking for it to be booked in for something nonsensical. Was a good while ago and I think someone on here told me how to reset it. Maybe different I guess.

Pollen filter, think it may embed a bit more involved than my old Panamera, so fair enough.

Washer fluid - very annoying, I filled it up to the brim with nice blue stuff from Costco, but I still was awarded a mostly full bottle of concentrate.

Windscreen wiper blades - I think they (or at least the rear) are hard to come by.

I avoided the tyre goop replacement fortunately as that was ok until November. I don’t plan on spending £150 or whatever it is on that. Have a can of holts tyre weld for a tenner in the car and a phone with the AAs number saved on it.

What is Porsche Smart Service and how do I use it?
With Smart Service, you are proactively notified about upcoming maintenance and repair needs in the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system of your car and in the My Porsche app. This function is also commonly known as Predictive Maintenance.
In addition, you can check the real-time status of selected car components and also plan service appointments quickly and conveniently through the My Porsche app. This ensures that your Porsche is always in optimal condition for maximum performance and driving pleasure.

On the face of it you have paid £162 for the car to tell you to check your wipers.............

I suspect you’re right. Probably invalidate warranty if you don’t pay it!

The smart service seems an utter piss take. They've charged you £300 to "inspect" the car, so what is the £162 for? Conversely, if the £162 is to service the bits the car deems necessary, what is the £300 for?

Now, if they'd said £462 to service the car...fair enough perhaps.

Pollen filter is a piece of piss to change.

Washer fluid I'd have given them back and asked for it to be taken off the bill.

Wipers I'm with you on - though the fronts are meant to be easy. The rear is meant to be a ball ache?

They do themselves no favours with some of this stuff.

I had my 2yr / 20k (first) service at Nottingham Porsche last week.

Price was £566 including a courtesy car. Although still outrageous for an EV - I didn't think it was too bad. I did get a little bit of discount as I had the brake recall done (very late I know) so got some off the brake fluid change cost.

Great service (unlike their sales team) and I even got to look under the car and see all of my scrapes and scratches - my god the GTS is low; my battery tray has a few speed bump marks...

Cant say they really did anything through apart from the brake fluid. They did grease my boot stuts as I explained the boot was noisy when opening. I guess we have to pay to keep the warranty intact...

On another note, as I often say in my posts, this service was a bargain compared to my RS6, Audi wanted £1000 and when I challenged why that was £666 more than my previous 2.0l petrol they said 'its because its a premium car - it needs a premium service'. Other than the extra oil the engine took the service was literally identical. RS tax.... Oh and this is recommended ever 8,000 miles!!!

So in summary for a new £130k porka on a 2yr 20,000 schedule I don't think £566 was too bad.

That’s a bargain, couple hundred quid less than mine was so over the course of a decade of servicing that adds up to a big number

Re-posting this as it was lost in the forum data roll-back/outage.
The table below shows Uk Porsche dealer ownership and their maintenance costs.
Its purpose is to enable pricing comparison across owner groups & monopolies.
Please contribute recent prices paid.
To illustrate I've included my recent costs.
@Administrator /everyone: Is there a smart way of posting/linking to this table so forum users can both easily see it and contribute?

They are PRG I think? PRG west London charged me 1k for 4yr/40k service.

It should be the same I guess, but it does seem somewhat of a lottery!

I’ve been quoted close to a grand for the first service at OPC Tonbridge in a week or so. I asked why they needed to redo the brake fluid, given that was recalled less than two months ago, and the pollen filter replacement is another consumable they have flagged…

porsche tax, it’s frankly ridiculous…

Thats odd as earlier in the year Porsche Tonbridge (who I rate highly) quoted £589.04 with break fluid change but will give a discount on that of complementary break fluid change as I had it done for the break line replacement (they still have to do it they say) so £400.58. I would press them for a discount.

Yes, East London owner is Porsche Ag Germany\Porsche GB\PRG.
Recent acquired from Lithia, at the same time as they bought Porsche South London. Lithia had only just bought them 🤔
I missed them from my table above. I’ll add them and any service prices posted meanwhile.

I recently had my first service done at Porsche Portsmouth – cost was a little under £550. This included replacing the break fluid which they insisted needed doing even following the recent break hose recall. They said that the recall work did not involve a complete change of the break fluid. Service included checking the water drains! Overall and based on comments here seemed OK.
