Limited competition/PRG effect for me. Final prices 4 year service plus additional 4yr maintenance task (underbody inspection) but without brake fluid change (ARB0B in March '25) or drains check.

Reading £750 and Brooklands £680 but they didn't have ARB0/WPK0 Long life check at £75 which Reading said is needed so effectively the same price.

Discarded High Wycombe as although their price was potentially lower, they insisted brake fluid change is still needed and gave me incorrect information about when and where ARB0B was done.

Re earlier posts on this thread on the air-con service/re-gas upsell, here it is from the horses mouth.
If your air con is working and there’s no fault code leave it alone.
If it isn’t working correctly or there’s a fault code get it checked for leaks and fix where it it leaking from.
An insufficient amount of refrigerant is due to a leakage.

My CT4 is due it's four year service in 2-3 weeks. It's booked in for some workshop campaigns at the same time. What are people paying for the second (4 year) service? I remember having to pay £100- £150 to check a drainage hole on the first service.

£750 without brake fluid change or drains check. Look back at posts in this thread and you'll see it varies quite a bit.

If you’re in Aviemore compare Peter Vardy vs. Sytner locations.

£700-750 is about right.
See previous posts about the Air Con con, and drainage plugs.

Was the brake fluid change not needed because it was done during the brake hose recall?
Was checking the drains mentioned? Looking at my 4yr service invoice I was billed 0.4hr/24 mins labour for this.

Yes brake fluid was done as part of recall 12 months ago at time of the first service.
They said the drains didn’t need checking for another year also, but these were not done as part of my last service as far as I know

Well the last 20k miles have snuck up on me in precisely 14mths....

40k service being quoted at £832! Ouch.

Also being told they no longer do loan cars for service appointments...

Does that include brake fluid change and drains check?

Brake fluid yes. Visual inspection is the only other noted inclusion...

Feels like they have all tightened up and upped the ante. Just called 2 others I could realistically use... Same price. One offering loaners but no availability until Feb.

After all my prior glowing praise..

I honestly don't get why Porsche are so tight with loan cars. Fair enough, don't put every customer in a 911 GT3 RS...but why can't they afford a sufficient fleet of cars to keep customers mobile? Most dealers are part of a larger dealer network so must have plenty of forecourt cars from other manufacturers.

Yeah, that was my experience, ended up with £750 from Reading (PRG) without brake fluid change/drains, makes your price look quite good! They are giving me a loan car, I requested it's an EV :)

I don't believe it's a Porsche thing; it's down to the dealers. My local dealer has always provided a loaner, even at short notice.
