Where to put the keys?

Hey guys, I'm new here, I got my new Taycan 2023 this October here in Los Angeles. Amazing car I love it!
I have a very dumb question, where do you guys put the key inside the car, like, do you keep it in your pocket, or do you throw it at the cup holder?
Is there any smart solution that I don't know about?

I love the car and am excited to be part of the community!

Pocket. However the key reader is under the front cup holder do occasionally has to go there!

Welcome to the forum. I always put my key in the front cup holder.

Yeah, I was keeping it in my pocket but sometimes tells me it doesn't detect the key so I put in the front cupholder.

I keep mine in my purse, which generally sits on the passenger seat (unless my husband is there). I have a CT, and sometimes I throw my bag in the hatch, and have never had an issue with key detection. Long way to say it doesn’t seem to matter where they are in the vehicle, unless you get the “key not detected” message.

Left pocket for me. Maybe because we drive on the other side of the road in the UK

I usually try to keep it in my pocket, but sometimes it falls out and goes under the seat.

One time, the seat smashed it when it moved.

Then I kept that key in the trash.
