No, I wont buy the facelift because it has same flaws as previous one, too low to the ground, small trunk space, not a luxury interior, not too quiet. I have high expectations from next one with Android based OS, better cameras, improved efficiency, hopefully bigger trunk and higher ground clearance.
I think you just described a Macan EV if you stay with Porsche.

At best I'd lease a Macan EV, but right now I'm deferring any buys as I'm tired of the recall hassles on my Taycan.

Maybe a CPO taycan 2; 2 years after it launches, so like in 2029 ? But by then the EV market will look vastly different, at least in europe, with all of the chinese makers opening factories in EU

I do not think I will ever touch the brand again. I had a bad experience with gen 1 Cayenne ( disaster with SW and electronics), and now a disastrous experience with Taycan gen 1. So I will give Porsche a walk over. I love my 25 year old 996, but that basically has no electronics in it.

I will buy one again but only when the deal is right. I am going to let this latest battery issue be more understood too.

Dealer offered me $50k for a trade in.
And you accepted that?!?
Sure seems like a few hours of shopping it around would have netted ten grand or so.
Even someone here would have bought it for more.
And although the wholesale used price sure was less than the original retail new price, isn't 117 minus 50 equal to 67, not 71?
