Yes, try deleting your account in the pcm and adding it back. That worked for me. If that doesn't work you might try a factory reset on the pcm but you will loose all your saved settings.
Those two solutions have been provided by Porsche Connected Services but if in doubt call them and they will talk you through it.
Tried deleting and adding. Didn’t work. Before the factory reset I called Porsche and they told me there is an outage. And nothing I could do right now. So hopefully it will work again later, not so keen on resetting PCM

Ok, I did the reset, it did not solve the issue. So I think I have to be patient.

Edit: Weather app and News app disappeared from my Taycan, no satellite navigation, no charger info on the map and no Apple Music. Hope things will fix itself in a couple of hours. I have a road trip planned coming days, so the timing couldn’t be worse

Very strange issue from Porsche since my car has the connected service in south of France. No issues so far, TOUCH WOOD!

Same issue here. First noticed on Tuesday and I decided to leave it for a day or so to see if it sorted itself out.

It hasn’t, so I called Connect Services who confirmed there is an outage which is currently being worked on. No suggestion to try reset etc. He did state he had received information that vehicles were starting to come back online…….

Might be worth trying the delete account in the pcm and add back (rather than reset which looses all your data). My hunch is that the issue is only impacting certain servers and as these are fixed it may need the the reboot to start working again. Luckily mine was only offline for about 16 hours and the account delete got me up and running again

Since the outage I’m wondering why on earth people will not extend Porsche Connect. With all missing features it feels so 1999.

Will give it a go later once I’m back home.

Tried the delete account option and it didn’t work. Thanks for the suggestion though ?.

I’ll not bother with the reset and will just ride this one out. Hopefully, the ‘specialists’ at the back end will get their act together shortly.

I encountered the same issue. Last night around 11:00 PM (GMT+8), while driving home, I noticed that the saved addresses in the navigation system had disappeared, and I had to manually re-enter them. After arriving home, I opened the My Porsche App and found that I couldn't control the vehicle (air conditioning, unlocking, hazard lights), including the trip display. This morning, I went to a Porsche dealer and tried resetting multiple times, but it still didn't work. All Porsche Connect Service contracts appear disabled (grayed out) and are unusable.

Lost the connect service over the past weekend. Porsche customer service confirmed some kind of server/back-end problem. Zero specifics provided. Said 3 to 5 days to fix. Connect functions just came back moments ago, but as @ThaJamez said, with old data. Still, a sign they might be getting a handle on the problem. My dealer/service department had no clue of the outage while customer service knew immediately why I was calling. Porsche's communications is truly not good. Can't even be bothered to post something on the website. Just leaves the customers without the service and without any idea what is going on.
