Seems to affect only J1.1 models between 2020 and 2024.
Thanks for the info, mine is getting in next week, will get a j1.2 loaner, hope I can keep it till it is fixed.Yes, later models have a newer software running on their communication & navigation ECUs.
There are some people with 2020-2024 cars on the forum that got some ECU software updates also, because their dealer was nice, and they don't have the issue.
Another friend of mine in Zug got his car checked for this issue, they even replaced the ECU, and it didn't fix it. Turns out it's software, but there is no campaign to update, no where to fill in the warranty costs for updating the ECU software, so they are waiting for confirmation from Porsche Central with how to proceed, meanwhile he drives a Macan.
It would be a real shame if it turns out not to be fixed. I'll test drive mine later tonight to see if I sport any issues. The positive side is that Porsche AG is now getting questions from different angles. This isn’t a software issue they can just ignore.Mine is with the dealers at the minute...
They have updated the PCM to 3885 and test-driven it - the issue is still exactly the same and still stalling.
They are trying a hard reset now. If it doesn't fix it, they want me to return it and then they can open a ticket with Porsche -hopefully if others do the same, Porsche will sort it...
I am also on 3885 pcm version, but I know for a fact no ECUs were updated, and I still have the issue alsoMine is with the dealers at the minute...

Both, it’s all the time. 1/3 of the turn-by-turn info was wrong/old for me.Out of curiosity (since I have not seen this problem), is the missed turn info from the nav unit only on relatively long routes, or does it also occur on short routes in the nav system?
