If anybody take the time to read their manual, the charging planner IS a standard feature NOT requiring the PIRM option. So this should not be missing to anyone. PIRM is simply an extension to the charging planner and it is stated as such in the manual. I personnally did not buy this option as I do not find it very useful.

I just noticed something...

For the people missing the charge planner, do you have 5 icons along the left, or 3? (I have "Route Options, and 3.)

I'm wondering if the missing charge planner is associated with people running the newer version of the PCM software.

Sorry, not following you. I don’t even have route options.

All MY22 have 5 icons on the left. I’m seeing members with MY20 and 21 who are missing it too. I’m sure they have 3 icons since it’s new for MY22

My car is a MY21 4s, with old PCM interface 3 icons, and I did not have route option either.
FYI

What about charging planner? Are you able to set minimum charge at destination or priority Porsche charging services?

The purpose of the poll is to find a pattern so I can present it to Porsche support, but it doesn't seem to be working...

Should we individually file tickets with PCNA to get attention or do we need to bring it to the dealer?

I got a case number from Porsche support. After I called them, they emailed me so I can email back with pictures and videos of PCM. It's a good idea that everyone with the missing charging planner does the same, so they know how widespread it is. I just want to pass the poll along to the support person who've been pretty responsive to my emails so far.

I think I have started something asking about the Charge Planner!

My car is a 4S+ 2020 with new battery, new HV etc, etc having loads of problems and lots of new software.
checking the Navigation display and pressing the three dots on power up results in:-

Porsche Taycan POLL: Is your Taycan missing the Charging Planner 81D27670-6FDF-4C6F-BEAD-4885F0C37892

Then entering Route Options:

Porsche Taycan POLL: Is your Taycan missing the Charging Planner E84573DC-F665-4AB2-BC98-0875E1E6400E

after a minute delay you then get Charging planner appear. You can see by the time display. Also you can see the LTE/ phone link signal.

Porsche Taycan POLL: Is your Taycan missing the Charging Planner 9D1C8FD7-355E-45DD-9965-A5FEB98FC0A4

You also get the option to set minimum charge at destination manually, although I’ve not shown that.

I hope this helps. . . .

Actually not quite correct - left hand drive cars have these icons on the left and right hand drive cars on the right.

I can do this on my MY21.

I've sent a note via connect support that I'm missing the charging planner feature. I want to also emphasize for others, this isn't a major deal for me. The car is otherwise, pretty good.

Update from my SA today:
Porsche is aware of the problem as several SA's have actually contacted them regarding missing charging plan when they are demonstrating the navigation features to customers. The fix will come as a firmware update but not sure whether it will be OTA or trip to a dealer.

I just looked at the battery temp in the info tube on the right. It doesn't or hardly increase at all.
I made a 2 hour round trip this morning. The battery temp increased from 55F to 72F. The car then sat for about an hour and half, then I made the return trip to an Electrify America near home as a destination in the native nav, and the battery temp went from 70F to 105F. It seems you have a separate issue of your taycan not preconditioning the battery.

It could be or my trip was not long enough. The station is less than 10 mins away from my house. It also could be that your main battery naturally heated up because of the trip rather than the preconditioning?
