Porsche mobile charger plus (PMCP+) poor ground.

Hello, Taycan-drivers!)
When I connect the taycan to charging, it charges for some time, 10% and then turns off with errors. Errors indicate poor grounding, but at the same time, the Tesla is charging normally with the same 32A plug in the same outlet.
Errors.
The charging port shows red light, and the PMCP+ also shows consistent red light on these three bottons - "Charge Status", "House Connection", "vehicle".
PMCP+ connect with blue single phase 32A outlet.

Known issue, it overheats and is trash. There's a recall to replace the cable and stop the overheating.

OP is russia - no recall for Euro-units AFAIK

Outlet I believe. They haven’t done mine yet because they don’t have the parts, but they made sure to flag it as a recall to make my car hard to sell!

Did they take away pmcp+ completely? Only the plug can be changed there.

Flag recall is not good… But issue not significant.

I've already tried. It's not easy. For some reason, I don't have an indication on the lower of the 3 icons.

Yes, it’s works 2 months.
I have another outlet 32A in another place.
No, I did’t have second cable. May be transform the ones that come in the package with charge unit.

Mine came with two cables - one to use in a 32A outlet, and one for a std UK 3-pin 13A plug.

The cables are interchangeable - I was wonder if the cable might be faulty or have become loose in the connector.

The manual is a little half-hearted in what to try - typically no more than one option and then "get someone qualified to look at it" But I'd check all the connections first.

I will do the following actions:
1. At the weekend verify another outlet in another place ?
If the problem don't appears, then the charge unit is very sensitive to grounding.
If the problem repeat, then go to p2.
2. Need test with another cable. This is problem because I have two cable NEMA 6-50/NEMA 14-50 standard and don't have outlet for these ?
If problem repeat with the another cable go to p3.
3. Unfortunately charge unit broken. Need to replace...

In another place, I was charged from 35 to 80%. Not error.
Result in my case - poor grounding.
