Interesting. Another reference to TI 65/23, which states it is for 911s, and does not mention navigation problems. post 289 aboveI called Porsche this morning and after some investigation on their side they did conclude that I needed a software update at the Porsche dealership (see photo). My local Porsche dealership did say that they have had luck with this update solving for the navigation issues.

Hope this can help others who are in the same situation.

it’s odd that they can remotely fix it but not remotely tell what nav version you’re on currentlyUpdate again...
I was just called by Porsche GB 5 mins ago... They say that the German IT team are investigating my car remotely as we speak - and needed to know my Nav Package software version.
So I passed that onto the GB guy over the phone, and he reckons the German IT team would use that to sort the issue (if it can be sorted OTA)... in next few working days.
So I'll report progress (if any)
cheers
That's how I read it! - testing/trials .... Interestingly, the nav-package software serial in my car that I passed over ended 2025.12 - which, if it's date related, looks to me like a recent version??Surely this isn’t going to be a car by car fix, hopefully more of a car by car investigation until they know what the issue is and how to roll out a universal fix?
Yes I thought that...it’s odd that they can remotely fix it but not remotely tell what nav version you’re on currently
