I will get the TI 65/23 update on Monday. Also they will do the WSS6 update.

I called Porsche this morning and after some investigation on their side they did conclude that I needed a software update at the Porsche dealership (see photo). My local Porsche dealership did say that they have had luck with this update solving for the navigation issues.

Hope this can help others who are in the same situation.
Interesting. Another reference to TI 65/23, which states it is for 911s, and does not mention navigation problems. post 289 above

Update again...

I was just called by Porsche GB 5 mins ago... They say that the German IT team are investigating my car remotely as we speak - and needed to know my Nav Package software version.

So I passed that onto the GB guy over the phone, and he reckons the German IT team would use that to sort the issue (if it can be sorted OTA)... in next few working days.

So I'll report progress (if any)

cheers

it’s odd that they can remotely fix it but not remotely tell what nav version you’re on currently

Surely this isn’t going to be a car by car fix, hopefully more of a car by car investigation until they know what the issue is and how to roll out a universal fix?

They seem to be clueless or are trying to keep us busy while Porsche AG is fixing it.

No way this will be a car by car fix

That's how I read it! - testing/trials .... Interestingly, the nav-package software serial in my car that I passed over ended 2025.12 - which, if it's date related, looks to me like a recent version??

So I wonder if the OTA 'HV battery' update I uploaded a couple of days ago included a trial sat-nav fix - and they will check it remotely and follow up via P-GB to see how its going? just a guess

The Nav package is about the maps, not the navigation app. Clearly, they don’t understand the issue and are fixing map data. This is a navigation issue, not a map issue.

The navigation app uses map data, but navigation is not the same as a map. The map package is simply the data source for what is displayed.

I’ve had the same problem since July 2025. Nothing has helped, including two appointments at the Porsche Center. After deactivating the Porsche Charging Planner, I no longer had issues with missing updates and reboots. It’s not a final solution, but it’s a workaround until Porsche fixes the problem.

With the upcoming ski and summer seasons, I hope they release a fix as soon as possible. Good navigation is crucial for an electric vehicle.

It has been 6 months already since I started this thread, and it started 1 or 2 weeks before this first post. I hope that multiple tickets are filed by different dealers and Porsche is actively working on it. But as always, radio silence from Porsche, no updates. I got an e-mail with an apology and a notification that engineers are looking into it, but that was 2 months ago. It can’t be that hard. I do not have high hopes at all. I'm not open to use Carplay, so this has to be fixed.
