The HW number and part order number are not the same thing.

For people still thinking it's the hardware and not how the software manages cache:

Sadly, official communication from Porsche is being removed from there for privacy reasons.


My issue has also returned 2 ish weeks after reset to default car settings.

I don't understand on what planet Porsche thinks it's ok to keep cars with non functioning maps, non functional lane assist/inno dirve, and many features related to maps being compromised for close 15 months - if communication people have received about the fix being available in Q3 2026 is to be believed.

In the meantime other people beside me on the german forum are getting confirmation/acknowledgment from porsche that it is known 4360 fixes the issue, but work is being done on alternative solution for cost reduction.

Neither fixes the issue, so you can ask them to do a rain dance around the car.

Got mine back after a PCM swap & update to 3885 from 3882. Hardware is 9J1035070M which doesn't appear to be on the list

Pretty sure they did a rain dance around the car too as its made f**k all difference. PCM crashed 4 times in the space of 30mins when using the Charging Planner/Nav.

Gets more surreal every day, if they’re so concerned with finding “cost effective fix”rather that what we customers might feel would be a “proper fix”, why waste so much money on this “no fix”
