Who knows if it's related, but had ARB7 cleared just a couple weeks ago and this afternoon the dreaded red circle appeared. Glad it told me there was an issue I guess? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

2.5hrs for the tow truck to arrive (after one cancelled 25min into waiting). The Lyft credit they said they'd send never showed up. Then arrived home to find this letter for ARB6/7, which as of a few weeks ago had showed as cleared when I'd checked for open recalls.
Maybe I should cross post the car on the dollies into the location location location thread 😑

Porsche really should do a monthly or quarterly video that they push to the app explaining their approach to deal with this and their overall progress towards closure. While my car has been very reliable the stack of open recalls has become untenable.

Received the same letter yesterday for my 21 Turbo S. Guess I'll bring it in soon...

I received the same letter yesterday as well. My car was under ARB7 and was thinking the OTA software update (which I have yet to receive, even though I followed the instructions about disabling privacy in the email from Porsche a few months ago) would satisfy the recall (at least temporarily).

I agree with your idea of Porsche putting out something to explain this all.

I received the same letter yesterday for my 2021 4S CT (ARB7). I had not seen a software update notice either. I scheduled an appointment with the local dealer to apply the "remedy." I did notice that the letter stated that the "remedy process may take more than a week." Even if battery modules need to be replaced, this seems an excessive amount of time.

If the remedy is merely the software update, then should take only a few minutes.
If the remedy is battery module replacement, then should take a few weeks. (Especially since the battery is shipped off-site.)

I just got the ARB6 OTA and then, a few days later, got the letter from Porsche. So I was confused and asked them if I STILL needed to take the car in for service. This is what I got back:

Thank you for reaching out to Porsche Cars North America regarding your Taycan (VIN: Wxxxxxxxxx) and the recent communication about recall campaigns ARB6 and ARB7.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While your vehicle may have received an Over-the-Air (OTA) update for ARB6, we recommend contacting your local authorized Porsche Center to confirm whether any additional service actions are required. They will have access to your vehicle’s recall status and can advise you on next steps based on the most up-to-date information.

Follow up Edit: so I call the dealer and they said they see no open recalls and they don't want to service. Right hand meet left hand!

I did the ARB6 recall at the dealer last Friday, received paperwork saying “all set” but NHTSA says “recall incomplete” as opposed to recall open which I said it before, I’ve been contacting the dealer daily and they seem to be avoiding an answer and saying they’ll get back to me. Anyone else have this issue?

Same exact thing for me.
Porsche software engineers are at it again. Got the ARB6 software OTA about 10 days ago. Recall notice was removed from both the Porsche website and the NHTSA site within 48 hours. No "incomplete" anywhere. Not sure how a successful software installation could be incomplete.
